Literature

A number of literature resources are available to our Group students.

Manuals' repository at ICICS388
Several software manuals can be located on the bookshelves of the ICICS388 lab.

CD-ROM server
The CD-ROM server is a digital repository of numerous papers published on prestigious journals and conferences. For details on how to access this material please contact one of our volunteer system administrators.

IEEE Digital Library
The IEEE Digital Library is a vast source of papers that have been presented and published in IEEE conferences and journals respectively. For access to this material, please visit the Science and Engineering Section of UBC's Main Library.

UBC's Library E-Journals
In addition to the IEEE Digital Library, UBC's Library makes available an extensive source of electronic litarature to all UBC students.

Reading Rooms
For your convenience, both the ECE and the ICICS reading rooms are additional literature sources. The ECE reading room is located on fourth floor of the MacLeod building, and provides a wide catalog of multiple ECE disciplines. However, most of the printed material in the reading room dates from previous years. No items are allowed to be borrowed out of the ECE reading room. Located inside the reading room is the thesis's room, where you'll find all (or most) of the thesis work of former ECE graduate students at both the doctoral and master's level, which may be borrowed out on a limited basis. The ICICS reading room is located in the second floor of the ICICS building, and it provides a wide range of academic materials: indexes, journals, books, conference proceedings, technical reports, manuals, videos, computer files, theses, graduate & undergraduate course readings. Reading Room borrowers are required to fill out and submit the Borrower Registration Form.
